This is a 16-week online course which includes:
- Pre-recorded videos
- Workbook for each module to aid your reflection and signpost you to evidence-based materials.
- Fortnightly online group mentorship for supervisors over the 16-week duration.
Module One - Basics
- We will explore the theory behind supervision
- Linked to the evidence base to support your practice
Module Two ā€“ Toolkit
- Understand and explore the tools available to support the supervisory process for both the supervisor and the supervisee.
Module Three ā€“ Brilliance
- Here we apply the theory and tools into practical situations
- Preparing you to navigate supervision with confidence and skill

The Training Schedule: Starts 5th January - 26th April 2026
- January 2026 - Module One - Basics, plus 2 group calls
- February 2026 - Module Two - Toolkit, plus 2 group calls
- March 2026 - Module Three - Brilliance, plus 2 group calls
- April 2026 - Access to all modules and 2 group calls
