- Online with Zoom and will last approximately 30-45 minutes
- I will be recording the session but only for market research, to help me ensure that I am providing a service to OTs that is aligned and valuable, connecting with what you need.

Why am I inviting you for a chat?
I want to have a conversation about OT supervision and supervision training.
I want to ensure that the services I provide are what you both want and need. I don't want to guess, I want to connect with you and understand.
So this is purely for market research purposes. Just for my ears. Although I am recording the session, I will not share it with others. It is just so I can chat with you and give you my full connection and then reflect on our conversation afterwards.
In case you don't know me...
I am Lynsay, OT supervisor and independent occupational therapist. I have been practicing for over 30 years and have a real passion for OT supervision.
I believe it is the cornerstone of professional growth.
I get a bit nerdy about it, I want all OTs, support staff and students to benefit from effective supervision across their careers.
So that is my mission, to promote OT supervision, to provide supervision and train other OTs providing supervision. So we can all deliver person centred supervision conversations that you want to be part of, that benefits you, your organisation and or OT business and your clients.
I'm always around for a cuppa and chat if you have any thoughts or questions for me.
