Basics to Brilliance Supervision Skills Training:

Supervise with confidence, feel empowered to use new skills and tools and understand the evidence base to support your supervision sessions.

 

You will get six months access to my online course which includes:

  • 9 hours of pre-recorded videos
  • 3 workbooks, 1 for each module to aid your reflection and signpost you to evidence-based materials.
  • 9 hours of live online group mentorship for supervisors over a 18-week duration.

 

Module One - Basics

  • We will explore the theory behind supervision
  • Linked to the evidence base to support your practice
  • Models of supervisory practice

Module Two – Toolkit

  • Understand and explore the tools available to support the supervisory process for both the supervisor and the supervisee.
  • Over 20 downloadable ready to use templates, reflective practice, ethical decision making, types of supervisor questions, values, boundaries and more

Module Three – Brilliance

  • Here we continue to apply the theory and tools to practical situations
  • Preparing you to navigate supervision with confidence and skill
  • Looking in depth at how wellbeing and burnout can be supported, where CPD and supervision connect, feeling confident in giving and receiving feedback
